Busy Summer

This might be a little long, but I will try to summerize what has been going on lately.
Well it is now almost the end of July and the kids go back to school in one month. I feel like the kids just got out of school and here we are talking about back to school shopping. Our summer has been s busy. We started off the summer by getting Marc a tent trailer for fathers day. No more sleepi9ng on the ground, Yeah :0)So every open weekend has been full of camping trips.

Zack had basketball camp, Connor had wrestling camp, and the both had fishing club. With all that June and part of july flew past. Marc's Dad and debbie came out to visit for the 4th. It was good to see them. We get to only see them once a year. So we got to spend some time with Marc's brothers and family.

My brother Russel got married the first part of July. The wedding was great. We are so happy for the both of them and love having Carrie in the family.

Jen and Kyler came up and I got to go to the zoo with my 2 sister and Mom. It was a fun day. we got to see a bunch of the shows that we don't always get to go to.

It was so hot that every chance we could we would stand in front of these fans that had water blowing and try to cool off.

We got to see the elephant show. The elephants did all kinds of tricks. The kids really liked this, because they are usually just standing there, so the loved getting to see the tricks.

We did a little camping get away to strawberry lake with the Worleys. Marc and Steve still had to work on friday so they left Mindy and me there with 6 kids. Steve's Dad came over after awhile to do some fishing and let the older ones go out. We did some swimming and crawfish fishing from the dock. It was alot of fun.

well I got back from camping just in time to get ready to go to girls camp for a week. I love girls camp, it is so much fun and a great time to get to know all of the girls.


As you can see it has been a busy summer so far and the rest is just as busy. I will glad for school to start so that things can slow down a little, I hope.
